Flooring Installation

Hardwood, luxury vinyl plank, tile and laminate, supplied and installed by our own crew.

Flooring is the one finish that runs through the whole house, so getting the material right matters as much as getting the installation right.

What we install

We install hardwood, luxury vinyl plank, tile and laminate. Which one belongs in your home depends on the room, the traffic it takes and the moisture it sees, and we would rather talk you into the right product than the expensive one.

Luxury vinyl plank has become the default in kitchens, bathrooms and laundry rooms because it is genuinely waterproof and now looks convincing. Hardwood still earns its place in living spaces and bedrooms. Tile handles wet areas and heavy traffic. Our Fort Mill showroom carries samples of all of it so you can see the finishes side by side.

Subfloor preparation is where flooring jobs succeed or fail. We check levels, address moisture and prepare properly before anything is laid, which is why our installations stay flat and quiet.
